I bought the Sana Flow Sound Machine for meditation and evening relaxation, and it has quickly become part of my daily routine. I love that it works completely phone-free—no apps, notifications, or endless scrolling. With one press, I can instantly create a calming atmosphere for yoga, meditation, reading, or sleep.
The sound is soothing, setup is simple, and the compact design makes it easy to use anywhere. It may not offer advanced customization, but that simplicity is exactly what makes it so effective.
A thoughtful, easy-to-use wellness tool that helps me disconnect from my phone and reconnect with myself.

Quality Sound Machine
Ive had the same sound machine for years that I use at bedtime. I needed an upgrade and something that wouldn’t break or stop working easily. This machine offers very clear and calming sounds. The device and app is easy to use and set up playlists. You can change the duration and dont even need your phone to run the playlist as long as it’s been downloaded. The battery lasts pretty long before needing to be recharged, considering we use it all night. I feel the current price ($100) is much more than I’d typically spend on something life this but feel the quality is worth it. Overall, this is a great sound machine and is worth buying.

This sound machine is perfect for relaxing. The size of the product is perfect and the color is very neutral which adds to the aesthetic. You can bluetooth or use the existing sounds. There are only 2 options for the existing music which is cycles through different sounds and songs automatically. It comes with a charger cord and wall plug in which is wonderful!

Quality sound, relaxing and meditative to get into a good flow
This sound machine comes with some nice soundtracks to use for background music or focus during yoga. Setup was straightforward: load the app, create an account, connect the device, and go. It was a little confusing since the speaker connects via Bluetooth but isn't added that way, and it can't be used as a general speaker. Once the device has been set up, you can just turn it on and hit the button to play. It doesn't require internet access or even a phone. There are no ads, and there are no distractions if your phone is put away. It's portable and usable anywhere, though it's pretty hefty. The battery life seems to be really good. I've used it for a few hours and the battery still seems to be going strong. While this is targeted for women, all of my household has enjoyed having it for yoga or meditation. It's a bit spendy, but it's a quality device, has great sound, and should last a long time.

There are too many ways to get easily distracted in todays' world, so I placed my order when I read the description of this Sound Machine. I have found that with getting older that my mind seems more 'cluttered' with all the thoughts I have and this machine is helping me to amp down to a lower more relaxed level. I have even used it as I get ready for bed at night. I do some Yoga occasionally, and the ability and variety this unit offers definitely is calming throughout my routine too. I appreciate the fact that it is easy to use without the need to access my phone to make a change. The peach color and sound quality is very impressive for only being a global shaped roughly 4.5" wide by 3.5" height. The circular light on top lets me know when it has received my request for change. Included with this is a wall plug with a separate USB to USB-C cord. This unit has a USB-C plug for charging/play. This unit has more than a single use, with is an attribute I appreciate.

I find this very soothing. It has some wonderful preloaded yoga and meditation melodies to listen to without ever having to use an app. I love that! Its very soothing to the soul and so far I like having this Gianna Sana device to listen to when I want to unwind or before bed. I can't speak to the app because I prefer not to download another app on my phone. If you want to use the palm technique to pause/play and are struggling like I was, you simply TAP your palm on the top. It's a quick-tap. I was touching and holding it for way to long and that didn't work. You also have to tap it just right I don't always when I was trying it out and it restarts instead of pauses, user error. If you don't use the app, like me, then the yoga and the meditation tracks will just restart when you tap either of the two different icons instead of it skipping to the next track. It's all looped together on one track for each function. I don't see a way to fast forward or choose the melody you want specifically but it's all lovely. This device has a nice rubber bottom so it doesn't slide around. The color is a soft pretty peach and neutral color. It looks and sounds like a quality speaker. The piano sounds clear and like it's in your house.

Seamless experience, incredibly fast shipping, and stunning quality!
Incredibly fast shipping and a seamless shopping experience! The premium quality of Sana truly exceeded my expectations. With its gorgeous tactile feel and the satisfying 'G' button click, it feels like a beautifully crafted companion for my space rather than standard tech. Highly recommend!

So much more than just a "sound machine"!
I used to think it was just a sound machine too, but Sana is truly a dedicated companion for mindfulness. The palm-touch to pause is brilliant—just hover your hand for pure silence without breaking your flow. Practicing completely screen-free has transformed my focus. Highly recommend!

I have been searching for a way to practice yoga at home without getting distracted by notifications. Sana is exactly what I needed. I love that it aligns with the idea of 'less distraction' rather than just giving me more content. Once I completed the initial setup with the GiannaFlow App, it truly became 'Press once. She's in flow.'. The palm touch feature to pause is also incredibly intuitive. Highly recommend the Morning Clarity flow to start the day!

It is incredibly easy to use, allowing me to start a calm playlist or ambient track with just a single tap on the device. My favorite feature is that it allows me to practice completely screen-free so I do not have to rely on my phone or worry about distracting text messages and notifications disrupting my focus.

The sound quality is remarkably clear and rich, which instantly creates a warm, cozy environment in my room that feels like a professional yoga studio. Since adding it to my space, I have found it much easier to stay connected to my breath and maintain a steady flow during movement. It has truly elevated my daily self-care routine, making my quiet time feel special, grounded, and entirely stress-free.

Works perfectly, highly recommended sound machine and app.
