Phone apps require searching and scrolling, while Bluetooth speakers still depend on your phone. With Sana, set your flow once, then press once to begin without keeping your phone nearby.

No. Bluetooth, the GiannaFlow App, and a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection are required for setup and syncing. Once your flow is saved, no Bluetooth connection is required during practice.

Sana includes yoga flows and relaxation music for yoga, meditation, and quiet wind-down moments. New sounds are added regularly.

No. Sana’s sound library, Routines, and core app features do not require a monthly subscription.

Set your preferred practice time in the GiannaFlow App. Sana will play at the scheduled time, creating a familiar cue to pause and begin.

Sana provides approximately 8–10 hours of playback and takes 3–4 hours to fully charge.
