There are too many ways to get easily distracted in todays' world, so I placed my order when I read the description of this Sound Machine. I have found that with getting older that my mind seems more 'cluttered' with all the thoughts I have and this machine is helping me to amp down to a lower more relaxed level. I have even used it as I get ready for bed at night. I do some Yoga occasionally, and the ability and variety this unit offers definitely is calming throughout my routine too. I appreciate the fact that it is easy to use without the need to access my phone to make a change. The peach color and sound quality is very impressive for only being a global shaped roughly 4.5" wide by 3.5" height. The circular light on top lets me know when it has received my request for change. Included with this is a wall plug with a separate USB to USB-C cord. This unit has a USB-C plug for charging/play. This unit has more than a single use, with is an attribute I appreciate.

I find this very soothing. It has some wonderful preloaded yoga and meditation melodies to listen to without ever having to use an app. I love that! Its very soothing to the soul and so far I like having this Gianna Sana device to listen to when I want to unwind or before bed. I can't speak to the app because I prefer not to download another app on my phone. If you want to use the palm technique to pause/play and are struggling like I was, you simply TAP your palm on the top. It's a quick-tap. I was touching and holding it for way to long and that didn't work. You also have to tap it just right I don't always when I was trying it out and it restarts instead of pauses, user error. If you don't use the app, like me, then the yoga and the meditation tracks will just restart when you tap either of the two different icons instead of it skipping to the next track. It's all looped together on one track for each function. I don't see a way to fast forward or choose the melody you want specifically but it's all lovely. This device has a nice rubber bottom so it doesn't slide around. The color is a soft pretty peach and neutral color. It looks and sounds like a quality speaker. The piano sounds clear and like it's in your house.

I have been searching for a way to practice yoga at home without getting distracted by notifications. Sana is exactly what I needed. I love that it aligns with the idea of 'less distraction' rather than just giving me more content. Once I completed the initial setup with the GiannaFlow App, it truly became 'Press once. She's in flow.'. The palm touch feature to pause is also incredibly intuitive. Highly recommend the Morning Clarity flow to start the day!
